As a part owner of the family business, David is dedicated to continuously improving both the company and the client experience. Managing all aspects of a project—from planning through completion—comes naturally, thanks to his deep industry knowledge and passion for craftsmanship.
Outside of work, David enjoys time with his wife Wendi and their three children, Parker, Schuler, and Thatcher. He’s also an avid golfer, fisherman, and deer hunter.
David’s mission is simple: to turn homeowners’ dreams into reality through quality workmanship and exceptional service that consistently exceeds expectations.

Throughout high school and college, Dale gained valuable hands-on experience working with framing and siding crews. He holds a degree in Architectural Design and Estimating from Dunwoody Institute and has been a dedicated part of the family business since 1977.
Dale finds true fulfillment in seeing a project evolve from a concept on paper to a beautifully completed home—and in the joy it brings to the families he works with. For him, building strong relationships with clients is just as rewarding as building their homes.
Dale and his wife, Natalie, live in Savage and have three children: Lydia, Mathew, and Ryan.
Jeremy Hussey

Jeremy earned his B.S. in Construction Management and Interior Design from Mankato State University, giving him a strong foundation for helping clients bring their vision to life—on time and within budget. Over the years, he has worked on multiple award-winning projects and built long-standing relationships with clients who continue to refer friends and family, which he considers the highest compliment.
Jeremy has also been active in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, serving as Chair of the Member Retention Committee, demonstrating his commitment to both his craft and the remodeling community.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys golfing, playing pickup basketball and traveling with his wife Tina and two daughters Cayla and Alexa. He brings a strong sense of urgency to every project, aiming to streamline the remodeling process and deliver high-quality results without unnecessary delays. To him, it’s all about the details—and making sure clients enjoy their transformed spaces sooner.
Kali O’Malley

Lead Designer
Known for her approachable nature and strong sense of empathy, she believes that building trust and meaningful relationships is one of the most important aspects of the design process. Remodeling can be overwhelming, and she is committed to guiding clients with clarity, confidence, and care every step of the way.
Her favorite parts of the job include space planning, hard finish selections, and crafting eclectic designs with refined details and creative thinking. She finds deep satisfaction in seeing how thoughtful design can transform not just a space, but how people live in it.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her children and family, live music, summer adventures, and discovering new restaurants.
Rebecca Ryan

Originally earning a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University, Rebecca later returned to her artistic roots through the renovation of her own home—an experience that sparked her career in design. She went on to earn a Kitchen and Bath Design certificate from Century College and has been designing ever since, guiding clients through current trends and timeless choices.
Rebecca has lived in some of the most vibrant cities across the U.S., including Washington, D.C., Denver, San Francisco, Chicago, and the Twin Cities. Named Best Interior Designer by Edina Magazine, she brings energy, expertise, and fresh perspective to every project.
Outside of work, she enjoys life’s variety—spending time with her two boys, cross training, cooking, gardening, laughing, and seeking out live music and new adventures.
Opal Guille

Originally from Michigan, Opal moved to Minnesota to study Interior Design at the Art Institute of Minneapolis. Her design training, combined with years of business experience, allows her to approach each project with precision, care, and a focus on client satisfaction.
Opal is also the founder of OMG Decor, a seasonal decorating business specializing in weddings, holiday installations, and home styling. Whether managing operations or designing memorable spaces, she’s passionate about creating environments that feel thoughtful, organized, and beautiful.
She lives in Minnesota with her husband and their two Dalmatians.

He went on to hold various positions in wholesale lumber sales, eventually becoming a trusted supplier to College City Design-Build. After collaborating on numerous projects, Chris recognized that joining the CCDB team was a natural next step.
Chris’s deep understanding of building materials, combined with his ability to anticipate challenges and conceptualize solutions, makes him a valuable asset to every project. He is especially skilled at setting and meeting realistic budget goals, and he finds the greatest reward when clients say, “We wouldn’t change a thing.”
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family at the cabin, fishing and hunting. A lifelong Lakeville resident, he and his wife Jodi live there with their two children, Jaiden and Landon—and their two black labs.

Buzz’s strength lies in his ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers alike. He takes the time to understand each homeowner’s unique goals and preferences, ensuring the final result reflects their vision while exceeding expectations.
Outside of work, Buzz enjoys spending time with his wife and their three teenage boys. He’s an active adult leader in the local Boy Scout Troop and a proud member of the Lakeville Lions Club.
