To our current clients. Your home/project will continue to be worked on with the following precautions we’ve added to your job site:

  • We are using plastic barriers to isolate the work area from the home
  • We are ordering portable toilets for all projects to limit the need to visit any part of the house outside the work area (All portable toilets are equipped with hand sanitizer)
  • We are asking everyone on site to monitor their temperature daily
  • We have posted the symptoms and WHO (World Health Organization) recommended protective measures on our job sites
  • We’ve scheduled subs to be on the job site one at a time when possible and if there is more than one to keep apart 6 feet
  • We’ve encouraged our trade partners to use separate vehicles when possible

Our staff :

  • Anyone who is able to work from home has been asked to
  • All of our staff have been monitoring their own health and will stay home if necessary
  • On-site employees involved with building and installing, will be adding an extra layer of precaution by sanitizing frequently and maintaining a proper social distance from customers

To our future clients:  We are now open virtually!

  • We are hosting virtual consultations
  • We have updated our process to rely more on technology when necessary
  • All plans and materials selections can be viewed between client and designer online
  • With the help of the website Houzz for inspiration, Zoom or Facebook Live for virtual meetings and linking via the internet for product selections, we can get through the design process seamlessly

College City has been in business since 1969 and survived many storms together and we will survive this too.

We truly appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us and are grateful for your patience and understanding as we adjust to these extraordinary times.

Sincerely,

The Pavek Family
